Data Analyst

Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst for a specialty fashion/retail environment in King of Prussia, PA. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity focused on deep-dive analysis, building reliable analytical workflows, and turning data into clear business insight.

What You'll Do

• Approach datasets with curiosity, tracing patterns beyond surface metrics and testing assumptions thoroughly.
• Plan and run analyses that uncover less obvious findings, not just standard performance summaries.
• Develop and support SQL queries, Python scripts, and data models for both recurring reporting and one-off investigations.
• Take ownership of important dashboards and surface unusual trends, risks, or issues as they emerge.
• Leverage LLM APIs to help automate insight creation, narrative drafting, and anomaly spotting.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in a data analyst or analytics engineer role.
• Advanced SQL capability, including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience using pandas, numpy, and visualization libraries.
• Practical experience using AI or LLM tools to speed up analysis, improve reporting, or create smarter workflows.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate analysis into concise, executive-friendly summaries.
