Role overview
This opportunity is with a major aviation group based in Dubai, combining airline and airport services operations. The role is suited to people who enjoy travel, service, and working with customers and colleagues from many parts of the world. Successful applicants will enter a structured training programme covering systems and customer service, then be placed into one of several areas across the business, including airport services, ground handling, hospitality support, or the contact centre.
Hiring process

Customer-facing roles
Airport / Customer Service Agent – In this position, you will be among the first points of contact for travellers at Dubai International Airport. The work involves helping passengers through check-in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage support with a calm, professional, and caring approach. You may also support lounge guests, families, unaccompanied minors, connecting travellers, and passengers who need extra assistance. The role builds operational knowledge, people skills, and practical problem-solving experience in a busy international airport environment, with scope for future movement into other airport and customer service functions.
Marhaba Service Agent – This role focuses on delivering a personalised airport experience, supporting guests across check-in, immigration, boarding, and baggage touchpoints. You will assist VIP travellers, families, unaccompanied minors, and passengers requiring additional help. The role is designed to strengthen customer engagement and service excellence capabilities, while creating pathways into Marhaba operations, airport services, and customer experience roles.
Contact centre role
Customer Sales and Service Consultant – This position places you in a customer contact centre where you will act as a knowledgeable and supportive voice for the brand. You will assist customers at different stages of their travel journey, from trip planning to live issue resolution, using empathy, clarity, and product knowledge. Communication will happen across multiple channels, so you must be able to listen well, think quickly, and respond accurately. This fast-moving, multicultural setting also offers growth in service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills, with internal progression possibilities across the wider group.
Qualification and role requirements
To be considered, candidates should meet the core eligibility criteria for the customer service roles. Spoken and written English fluency is required, and knowledge of another language is an advantage. A high school certificate or A levels is needed. Strong interpersonal ability and customer service orientation are essential, along with readiness to work shifts and use basic PC tools such as Word, Excel, and email. Front-line customer-facing positions also require willingness to wear a uniform.
For the contact centre position specifically, English plus at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Arabic, French, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Polish, or Portuguese. The role also requires a customer-and-sales mindset, since you will be expected to identify and close sales opportunities where possible. For the messaging-based element, fast and accurate typing with excellent written communication is important.
Work style and flexibility
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The roles are based in Dubai and require an onsite presence. Shift working is part of the job structure.
