Overview
We are looking for a careful and reliable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support a growing team. The role combines customer assistance, order handling, data entry, and general administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and enter customer orders into the company’s transportation management system (TMS).
- Work within established workflows and procedures to ensure information is recorded correctly.
- Check completed transactions and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing details and clear up discrepancies.
- Record accounts payable details and help with basic accounting and administrative work.
- Keep records up to date and assist with everyday operational tasks.
- Deliver strong customer service to both internal teams and external customers in a busy work setting.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, administration, operations, or accounting support is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are important.
- Ability to follow defined processes and handle large volumes of information carefully.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and balancing multiple priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A dependable, professional attitude and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential.
