This role is focused on generating insurance business from the allocated team and orphan database through campaigns. The position also requires delivering complete pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and coordinating the same with the team. Principal accountabilities

  • Work toward premium and NOP targets that support overall business expansion.
  • Distribute leads across team members based on agreed targets.
  • Track and review performance regularly on topline and health metrics.
  • Coach the team on selling steps, converting leads, and closing business.
  • Promote and execute all organizational recognition and reward activities.
  • Keep sales and service operations running smoothly so there are no interruptions in calls, policy issuance, or complaint resolution.
  • Communicate process updates and rule changes through appropriate training support.
