Role OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Acquisition Executive to support candidate and employer growth for a job platform. In this role, you will help bring job seekers onto the platform, reach out to companies that need hiring support, and clearly communicate the value of the service to both sides of the marketplace.What You Will DoEnroll and guide job seekers through the platform onboarding process.Reach out to employers, HR teams, and business owners to introduce hiring solutions and onboard new companies.Present the platform’s features, services, and advantages to both candidates and employers.Create leads through phone outreach, referrals, social channels, and online platforms.Stay in touch with interested candidates and employers until registration is completed.Develop long-term relationships with users and clients to support continued engagement.Keep clear and accurate records of leads, sign-ups, and follow-up activity.Work with internal teams to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly.Work toward monthly goals for candidate registrations and company onboarding.What We’re Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, business development, recruitment, customer acquisition, or a related role.Strong spoken and written communication abilities.Good skills in persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management.Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.Ability to stay motivated and work independently in a remote setting.Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and common online tools.Job DetailsThis is a full-time role based in a work-from-home setup, with office work also mentioned. The position requires more than 1 year of experience.
