Your Role
As a Crew Member, you will be one of the key faces of the hotel and help ensure guests have an excellent experience from the moment they arrive. This role combines front office, bar, and guest service duties, giving you a varied day and plenty of opportunity to bring your personality into every interaction. Working closely with the team, you will help maintain a friendly, upbeat, and unforgettable environment for both guests and colleagues.
What You Will Do
- Welcome and support international guests in a warm, attentive way.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures and communicate with guests throughout their stay.
- Prepare drinks and snacks while following all hygiene requirements.
- Manage cash handling and complete daily closings in Opera and Micros.
- Assist across different hotel areas and cooperate closely with the wider team.
- Keep service delivery aligned with MOXY standards for quality and guest experience.
- Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotels, hospitality, or guest service is an advantage.
- A friendly, positive, and genuine personality with enjoyment in working with people.
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early, late, and night shifts.
