  • Turn messaging frameworks and strategy inputs into ready-to-publish deliverables.
  • Maintain reusable design systems, Canva Enterprise templates, and organized asset libraries.
  • Prepare resources such as Getting Started, Setup, and General Market guides.
  • Work with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams to refine and finalize materials.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, publishing logistics, and production status tracking.
  • Edit, format, and adapt content to meet brand, compliance, and platform requirements.
  • Support major launches and ongoing social content initiatives.
  • Keep clear records of workflow progress, project status, and completed deliverables.
  • Partner with the manager and other stakeholders to execute priorities on time.
  • Support active workstreams including Instagram content packages, content variants for different agent types, Canva ecosystem development, guide creation, and production workflow execution.

Requirements

  • Advanced Canva expertise, including template building, social design, and project coordination.
  • Strong capability in content creation, digital design, and copywriting.
  • Background handling large content volumes in fast-moving environments.
  • Awareness of compliance workflows, ideally in a regulated sector such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Understanding of financial literacy topics and experience producing financial or educational content.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and current trends.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Canva AI, or similar, with sound human judgment and fact-checking.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on brand consistency.
  • Research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
