What you’ll do

• Operate the pot wash area, clean crockery and glassware, and keep these items replenished.
• Take care of floor cleaning and bathroom upkeep.
• Support day-to-day work in a lively, fast-moving restaurant environment.

Tronc, including card gratuities, is distributed fairly across the team and paid at the end of each pay period together with normal wages. It is shared between front-of-house and back-of-house teams and is presented as one of the key hospitality benefits.
