In this role, you will serve as a key connection point among clinicians, healthcare providers, and partner facilities. Your work will help keep telehealth appointments organized, clinical records accurate, and communication running smoothly across multiple sites. The position is part of a fast-moving healthcare environment focused on improving access to mental health services through technology-enabled care.
The job calls for strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage several priorities at once while keeping patient care, privacy, and documentation standards in focus.
What You Will Do
- Arrange and coordinate telehealth clinical consultations so that providers, patients, and partner locations stay aligned.
- Oversee scheduling tasks such as appointment setup, provider availability changes, and preparation of charts before visits.
- Help maintain complete and accurate records for clinical encounters, billing-related entries, and outcome tracking.
- Use telemedicine systems, video meeting tools, and electronic medical record platforms to support care delivery.
- Assist partner facilities with patient selection, consent collection, and use of screening tools.
- Track schedule adjustments and communicate updates to protect clinical time and resource efficiency.
- Carry out patient or client satisfaction follow-ups and keep logs and reports up to date.
- Work in line with documentation rules, confidentiality expectations, and internal policy requirements.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 3-5+ years of background in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health clinical environment.
- Minimum 2+ years in healthcare administration work involving scheduling, documentation, and/or billing.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and EMR systems.
- Prior exposure to psychiatric workflows or behavioral health service delivery is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with a service-oriented approach toward patients and clients.
- Excellent organizational ability and the capacity to handle deadlines and multiple priorities at the same time.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Solid troubleshooting skills, strong attention to detail, and a firm commitment to privacy and data protection.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay is set at $25 per hour.
- The role follows a flexible weekend schedule on Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM CST.
- This position offers exposure to telehealth and behavioral health operations in a growing environment.
- You will gain experience with modern telemedicine tools and clinical coordination processes.
- The workplace is collaborative and mission-driven, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- The role also provides experience supporting multi-site clinical operations and care delivery systems.
