Role overview
Emirates is seeking cabin crew members who bring warmth, composure, and adaptability to every flight. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers on board, guiding them, supporting them, and helping create a smooth and reassuring travel experience.
Although service is an important part of the job, aviation safety remains the top priority. You will be expected to confidently handle aircraft service duties while also following security and safety procedures with care and discipline. Training is provided through a world-class learning environment in Dubai.

- Managing aircraft service tasks while keeping safety and security procedures front and center.

Qualifications and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with people from many backgrounds.
- Minimum education requirement: high school graduate, Grade 12.
- Strong fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits
The compensation package has three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and overseas meal allowance.
Base salary: AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month. Average total monthly pay: AED 11,244, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in arrears the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. Other benefits include a tax-free salary, flying pay, profit share, concessional travel, relocation assistance for settling in Dubai, free accommodation, free transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
