Business Analyst

Overview

Role summary

The Business Analyst will support process design and improvement work, with a strong focus on workflow automation and cross-functional coordination between business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine BPMN process models used for orchestration and automation.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, including solution architects and developers.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting outputs in Camunda Optimize.
• Work with different departments to uncover bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• A university qualification in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with process digitization tools and methods such as Camunda, BPMN, DMN, and REST APIs.
• First practical experience in a professional environment, preferably in banking or financial services.
• A structured, analytical mindset with a focus on solving problems.
• The ability to work independently while staying communicative, empathetic, and collaborative.
• Good command of English.
