Role overview

Kinetic is hiring bus drivers to be the welcoming face of the business in Tweed Heads, New South Wales. This is a full-time, site-based role for people who enjoy helping the public, delivering excellent service, and operating buses or heavy vehicles. Multiple vacancies are available.

The role offers a base pay rate starting at $35.04 per hour and includes training to meet high standards in safe driving and customer service. Successful candidates will complete a 12-month training pathway leading to a nationally recognised Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus.

What the job involves

In this position, you will support passenger transport across a variety of services, including regular routes, charters, and special events. The job also involves ticket sales and a strong focus on keeping every journey safe, reliable, and customer-friendly.

Training and development

You will receive training to build competence across all aspects of the role, with particular emphasis on safe driving practices and high service standards. The program is designed to help you earn a Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus over 12 months.
