An experienced and driven Building Manager is needed to take charge of the daily running of a residential development in Mon, Nagaland. The role covers building operations, parking areas, landscaped spaces, and both indoor and outdoor facilities, with a strong focus on keeping the property safe, well maintained, and operating smoothly.
What you will be responsible for
You will oversee day-to-day site performance, lead operational teams, manage contractors, and support the Estate Manager in meeting property objectives.
