Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Heritage. This position requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Duties

Run the bar day to day and keep service flowing efficiently.
Design and refresh cocktail recipes.
Guide, train, and support bar team members.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
Work in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Plan and support bar promotions and special occasions.
Deliver a high standard of guest service at all times.
Address customer concerns and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
Keep the bar area tidy, clean, and well organised.
Manage cash accurately and prepare financial reports as required.
Apply bar rules, procedures, and operating standards consistently.
Assist in other hotel areas when business needs require it.
Take part in all scheduled health and safety training for yourself and your team.
Complete HACCP records and documentation as needed.
