Associate - SAP Consulting

About the Role

This position involves a career path within SAP Consulting services, offering the chance to assist clients in optimizing their SAP investments. The focus is on delivering comprehensive consulting, system integration, and implementation services across various SAP applications, products, and technologies including sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital management. The role emphasizes business-driven, technology-enabled transformations using enterprise resource planning and emerging solutions like mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement both standard and customized SAP WRICEF objects.
• Analyze requirements and prepare detailed architectural specifications to ensure system functionality and integration capabilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and integrate SAP solutions with existing platforms and systems.
• Lead and coordinate the development team, maintaining regular communication and collaboration to ensure project progress.
• Carry out coding, testing, and quality assurance activities using ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro, and related programming tools.
• Lead client discussions for designing and solutioning SAP implementations.
• Collaborate effectively with other IT and business teams to secure smooth implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language is mandatory.
• Experience of 2 to 4 years in SAP ABAP development desired.
• Educational background: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MBA, or MCA.

Additional Information

The candidate should be capable of leading teams and managing client engagements effectively. Preference will be given to professionals with over 3 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP.
