About the RoleClinikally is seeking an energetic and analytical Associate Product Manager to take ownership of high-priority initiatives and contribute to the company’s growth. The team is building a modern dermatology and haircare experience in India by combining AI-driven technology with expert medical guidance. This role sits within an engineering-led environment and focuses on creating a telehealth and marketplace experience that helps users quickly find the right skin and hair care solutions. You will help connect technical product development with practical healthcare needs, making the platform both effective and easy to use.Key ResponsibilitiesStudy user behavior and product data in depth to uncover friction points and turn those insights into a smoother discovery experience.Own product improvements and define feature requirements for new and existing enhancements.Help launch new features, track how they perform, and use customer feedback to improve the user journey.Resolve day-to-day platform issues so users have a reliable experience from consultation through to receiving a personalized treatment plan.Keep product documentation up to date and coordinate across teams to support the delivery and presentation of medical-grade skincare products.Contribute to the evolution of core AI models that power personalized recommendations for haircare and skincare routines.Ideal Candidate Profile0 to 1 year of experience in a technical, product, or data analyst role.Fresh graduates with a strong entrepreneurial drive are welcome.Comfortable using data to guide decisions and identify user behavior patterns.Strong communicator who can work effectively with engineering, design, and clinical teams.Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related discipline.Additional InformationThis role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India and follows an onsite, full-time work arrangement.No salary or stipend amount has been specified.
