Role Overview
This position reports to the Global Operations Manager and supports the delivery of brand integrations across major TV, film, and branded content productions. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and production, with a strong focus on logistics, coordination, tracking, and relationship support. It is designed for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in entertainment marketing and production operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong organization, initiative, and communication skills, along with the ability to stay composed and productive in a fast-moving environment. Candidates should have up to 2 years of professional experience and a solid understanding of workplace professionalism, accountability, and team collaboration.
Core Duties
- Handle product logistics from start to finish, including inventory control, shipping coordination, timely delivery, and collection after production wraps.
- Support the full workflow of sourcing, connecting with, and integrating brands into high-reach productions.
- Keep CRM records and internal tracking systems current, while also maintaining process documentation.
- Oversee inventory operations, including receiving, exchanging, inspecting client property, and managing both physical and digital storage.
- Track final brand placements in released content and prepare clear reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a working understanding of the TV, film, and branded content landscape.
- Join PRMs at industry events and represent the agency in a polished and enthusiastic manner.
- Support reporting and internal performance tracking with attention to detail.
- Contribute positively to team culture, shared learning, and continuous process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly compensation is $24 to $28, depending on experience.
