What the role involves

You will play an operationally focused senior role in a small but expanding team, balancing client service, workload delivery, business opportunity management, and annual budget performance. Strong communication is essential to keep outcomes efficient for clients and to maintain productive relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

In addition to core valuation work, the role includes supporting business development efforts and helping coach and mentor junior valuers.
