Role overview
Hilton is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager in Doha, Qatar to help drive group business and create memorable guest experiences through warm, service-led selling. In this role, you will support revenue growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities from lead generation through contract closure.
Key responsibilities
- Source, assess, and convert new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects and searching internal databases to support group sales targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned market segments while maintaining current accounts and opening new relationships to increase room revenue and profitability.
- Study hotel performance and market trends to shape focused sales plans and marketing actions that help capture demand and achieve revenue goals.
- Handle the full sales cycle, including preparing proposals, arranging site inspections, negotiating commercial terms, and finalizing contracts based on client needs.
- Coordinate booking requirements such as guest rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and keep customer and reservation details updated accurately in the sales system.
