Location Overview

AMAALA, located on the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia, is surrounded by remarkable natural landscapes and is being developed as a new destination focused on wellness tourism. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will include 220 keys made up of rooms and suites, along with villas that have private pools and 26 branded residential villas, all designed to capture panoramic bay and sea views.

The property will feature a luxury spa set within tranquil gardens and highlighted by a sculpted waterfall. Its Organic Spa Garden will offer a sensory wellness experience with treatments such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. Fitness will also be a major focus through a partnership with trainer Harley Pasternak, combining high-performance training with Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. Guests and residents will have access to canyoning trails, hiking, mountain biking, equestrian routes, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Role Summary

As the Assistant Residence Manager, you will help run the residence’s day-to-day activities so residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-organized living environment. Working alongside the Residence Manager and the broader team, you will contribute to outstanding service, quick issue resolution, and consistently high standards. The position blends leadership, resident care, administration, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be to support daily operations, guide front-line team members, and help ensure that the residence functions smoothly. You will respond to resident questions and concerns, document incidents, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and monitor occupancy and reporting needs. You will also assist with community activities, inspect facilities regularly, and step in as the main contact when the Director of Residences or Residence Manager is unavailable.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings strong people skills, sound judgment, and the ability to create positive working relationships. Prior exposure to hospitality, property management, student housing, or customer service is preferred. You should be comfortable handling problems, resolving conflicts, managing multiple tasks, and staying composed in busy situations. Strong organization, administrative ability, and clear professional communication are essential.

Fluency in English is required, along with Arabic language proficiency. You should also demonstrate a commitment to building a safe, respectful, and inclusive community, and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when needed. A high sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork is expected.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time onsite position.
