Noon Minutes is noon’s fastest hyper-local delivery service, focused on FMCG and grocery items with 15-minute delivery. It is currently available across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt, serving customers with thousands of products delivered in very short time frames. noon’s mission is to ring every doorbell.

Role overview

This position is a high-impact management role within Noon Minutes, a venture designed to become the leading Q-commerce player across MENA. The operations function ensures that the Noon Minutes strategy is executed smoothly across the region. The selected candidate will be expected to handle several responsibilities, work closely with different teams, and own the day-to-day performance of a city or a cluster of stores.

Responsibilities

• Support the scaling of Noon Minutes operations as the business expands.
• Ensure all operational activity follows the required standard operating procedures.
• Identify and roll out process changes that improve operational efficiency.
• Own and monitor operational KPIs for a city or a group of stores.
• Act as the main operations contact for all matters concerning the assigned city or cluster.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant and competitive discipline from a strong university, such as engineering or management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related sector, such as e-commerce, q-commerce, or retail.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with the ability to study data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, including a track record of developing practical solutions to difficult issues.
• Capacity to quickly understand new information, simplify complex problems, and build tailored solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective collaboration across teams.
• Good organizational ability, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
