About the Role

This Accounting Clerk position sits within the Finance & Accounting team at W Hotels in Muscat, Oman. The role is a full-time, non-management position based onsite.

What You’ll Do

You will support day-to-day accounting operations by checking figures, postings, and supporting documents for accuracy, correct coding, and proper entry. The job also involves keeping files, records, cash, and cash equivalents organized and protected in line with company procedures.

You will work with electronic financial data, maintain detailed spreadsheets, and classify, code, and summarize numerical information using journals, ledgers, and computer systems. The role includes preparing and sharing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports, as well as completing period-end closing activities and reports as required.

Additional duties include preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements according to company standards.
