Role overview
This is a remote contract opportunity for an Accountant with US accounting experience. The work is focused on supporting AI training by reviewing and validating financial data, contributing accounting expertise, and helping improve the quality of dataset outputs.
Compensation and commitment
Pay is set at USD 90 to 100 per hour. The engagement is expected to run for 10 to 40 hours each week.
Key responsibilities
- Use your experience in US accounting to check, label, and verify financial records for AI training use.
- Apply US GAAP principles to keep financial information accurate and relevant.
- Partner with the AI development team by sharing accounting expertise and detailed feedback on workflows and processes.
- Work across ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to explain accounting operations and best practices.
- Help with quality checks by reviewing training datasets and spotting missing data or inconsistencies.
- Write clear documentation on accounting concepts and scenarios for both technical and non-technical readers.
Required qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of ERP tools, preferably SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
- Prior experience in financial annotation, auditing, and process documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas to varied audiences.
