About the Role
Temu is looking for an Account Manager to support seller growth and ensure a smooth operating experience on the platform. This position serves as the main contact for sellers, with responsibility for onboarding support, policy compliance, issue resolution, and ongoing account operations. The ideal candidate will do well in a fast-moving e-commerce setting and enjoy solving problems while working closely with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for sellers and respond quickly and professionally to questions and issues connected to registration, compliance, listing assistance, and account support.
- Walk sellers through platform rules, required documents, and troubleshooting procedures for concerns such as listing mistakes, payment delays, and policy breaches.
- Partner with internal groups including Legal, Compliance, and Product to manage escalations and strengthen operational workflows.
- Review seller challenges and feedback to identify improvement opportunities for the platform and related processes.
- Deliver training to sellers on account health, platform best practices, and growth-focused habits.
- Track performance indicators such as onboarding completion and issue resolution speed, then share trends and insights with leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of operational experience, including backgrounds such as brand management or platform operations.
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to study market trends, use data for project management, and draw clear conclusions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a self-driven work style, strategic thinking, and the ability to adjust quickly when priorities change.
- Comfort working under pressure and handling logistics during peak demand periods.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 150,000, with the exact amount determined by factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies, and location. Additional benefits may be available depending on the role, and more details will be shared during the interview process.
