Role Overview
The Account Manager position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate and demands full-time, on-site commitment. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of industrial clients while fostering strong relationships as the primary liaison for all product and service-related inquiries. Key daily tasks include comprehending client needs, preparing quotations, coordinating operational deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolving issues promptly. The Account Manager will also actively explore opportunities to grow business with both current and prospective customers and maintain collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance departments to uphold excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in managing client relationships, account planning, and customer service within industrial, manufacturing, or oil and gas environments.
- Experience in sales processes, negotiation, and contract handling with the ability to identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and secure agreements responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills for handling order management, delivery scheduling, and operational follow-ups.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with Arabic considered a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and basic data analysis for performance tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines, or comparable professional experience.
- Knowledge of industrial gases, logistics, or similar technical products, along with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Capacity to work on-site and engage collaboratively with multifunctional teams, adopting a professional, inclusive, and solution-focused mindset.
