Role overview
This opportunity is for an Accessibility QA Engineer - AI Trainer to contribute to the development of AI systems. You will join a large and active community of technical professionals working on real-world AI projects, with a focus on programming tasks, app building, and data analysis.
What you will do
The work centers on helping train and improve AI models by solving coding challenges, creating programming tasks, checking AI-generated outputs, and sharing feedback that improves model quality.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and can begin accessing paid assignments through the platform.
Contract and work style
This is an independent contractor opportunity. You can pick the projects that suit you and decide when to work. The role is designed to fit around other commitments, and many people use it alongside another job while others treat it as their main work.
Compensation
Work is paid by the hour, with rates starting at $50 to $100+ per hour depending on the project.
Qualifications
You should have strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, excellent written communication and grammar, and a completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree. Prior professional experience in software development, coding, engineering, or programming is an advantage. Kotlin experience is preferred, and you must also be proficient in at least one of these technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
