About the internship
This internship is with Zion, the D2C pickleball brand of Specter Products LLP. The company is building a premium sports brand around one of the fastest-growing sports in India, with ambitions to become a globally recognized homegrown sports name. The role is suited to someone who can contribute to a performance-led brand while helping shape a strong, polished visual identity.
What you will do
- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, paid ads, events, and wider marketing initiatives.
- Keep the brand’s premium look and feel consistent across every customer touchpoint.
- Develop designs that are visually strong and also built to support conversions and campaign goals.
- Produce creative materials for product launches, promotional activity, and event-related communication.
- Keep improving the brand’s visual language by applying contemporary design trends thoughtfully.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who are available for a part-time internship, can begin between 2 Jul 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, are available for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in design.
Skills and tools expected
- Strong sense of branding and visual communication
- Composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
- Typography and colour theory
- Ability to create clean, minimal, balanced layouts
- Understanding of tasteful use of shadows, textures, and lighting effects
- Experience with Canva
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Attention to detail
Additional information
The stipend includes both fixed and incentive components. The fixed portion is ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month, and the incentive component is ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month, making the overall monthly stipend ₹7,000 to ₹13,000. The role offers a letter of recommendation. The team is specifically looking for someone with a strong design instinct and a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics, rather than someone who only knows design software.
