Founders Office Intern - New Brand Launch

About the internship

This in-office internship places you close to the founder’s office for a new brand launch. The role is centered on research, coordination, documentation, and execution support across multiple teams so the launch stays organized and on track.

What you will do

• Study brands, quick-service restaurant players, coffee chains, beverage brands, and food trends in India and across global markets.
• Prepare clear comparison sheets covering competitors, menus, price points, store locations, formats, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with vendors for packaging, equipment, interiors, uniforms, ingredients, and other launch-related needs.
• Keep track of tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, sample movement, vendor discussions, and pending approvals.
• Support the creation of SOPs, checklists, launch documents, and daily reporting templates.
• Visit cafés or markets whenever required and capture observations in photos, notes, and structured reports.
• Assist the founder’s office with presentations, Google Sheets, research summaries, and follow-up on execution items.
• Work alongside operations, marketing, kitchen, beverage, and project teams to help launch activities move forward smoothly.

Who this role is for

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 24th Jun'26 and 29th Jul'26, can stay for 6 months, and are based in Kolkata. Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time internship conducted on site.
• Should be able to start within the specified joining window.
• Must commit to a 6-month duration.

• Should be organised, detail-focused, quick to act, and comfortable with repeated follow-ups.
• Must be able to turn unstructured information into neat trackers and concise summaries.

Stipend and employment details

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 18,000. The application deadline is 2026-07-24 23:59:59. There are 2 openings. If the candidate is converted into a permanent employee, the expected salary range is ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
