About the internship
This in-office internship is for a fresher Architect based in Mumbai, with a 6-month duration and an immediate start. The role involves supporting architectural, structural, and MEP documentation and modelling work, along with coordination and project support tasks.
What you will do
- Draft architectural drawings in CAD or Revit following industry-standard Levels of Development (LOD).
- Prepare drawings for electrical, ELV, plumbing, fire, and HVAC ducting from architectural plans.
- Create 3D architectural and structural visualisations using Enscape and BIM tools such as Revit.
- Build both parametric and non-parametric Revit families based on client needs.
- Develop architectural, structural, and MEP models with a focus on accuracy and coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams and external architects to align deliverables with project needs.
- Generate detailed as-built models for final handover.
- Review and assess Bills of Quantities.
- Keep drawing registers and related records up to date.
- Visit sites whenever required to understand and document project scope.
