Role Overview
Inizio Engage has formed a new collaboration with a leading biotechnology organization to support its Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs teams. Key Duties
- Deliver inbound or outbound, non-promotional education about disease states to assigned customers as requested by the client
- Provide medication adherence outreach to patients and caregivers; work hours may extend into evenings and weekends
- Gather demographic details and note outcomes related to reimbursement support and literature distribution
- Maintain strong service quality while following program scripts and using live video conferencing tools or client-specific web platforms when needed
- Use only approved materials from Inizio or the client, and do not alter, copy, or share them without permission
- Complete all required training and competency checks within the set timeframe and to the expected standard
- Build and sustain working relationships with important customers
- Support the delivery of services across different healthcare areas as directed by the client or Inizio
- Identify and suggest innovative approaches that may open new partnership opportunities
- Handle administrative tasks on time, including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and time reporting
- Attend local and national meetings or conferences when required to stay current and exchange knowledge within the Patient Solutions team
- Care for company equipment and materials according to company guidelines
- Follow all Inizio and client policies and procedures
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Active U.S. healthcare professional license: RN
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or BSN
- At least 3 years of experience in neurology or sleep disorder settings is preferred
- Strong professional communication skills
- Good interpersonal ability, with a pleasant phone manner and clear speaking voice
- Comfort using call center phone technology
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Capable of handling several responsibilities at once
Compensation and Additional Information
The base hourly rate for this position is $25.90 to $48.10. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
