Role overview

The Data, Analytics, & AI group helps the business make better, consumer-focused decisions by using data, analytics, and AI to address the organization’s most important priorities. This team works closely with Consumer First Formula leaders and technology partners to identify opportunities, set priorities, and turn insights into results that can be measured.

What you will do

• Work with cross-functional partners in Digital, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Marketing to frame business problems and deliver data-backed answers.
• Dig into data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and guide decisions on major business initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments across digital and marketing channels, including test-versus-control analysis and performance summaries.
• Turn detailed analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical audiences and non-technical leaders, including executives.
• Create and support dashboards and self-serve reporting tools that help teams monitor performance and core metrics over time.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and coding, with a strong grounding in statistical analysis.
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL, along with hands-on experience using Python or R.
• Experience operating in cloud-based environments.
• Background in designing and analyzing test/control experiments.
• Proven ability to deconstruct complex business questions, shape an analytical approach, convert data into concise insights, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while receiving general direction on new assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to analytics tools such as Hex, Jupyter Notebooks, Snowpark, and PowerBI.
• Experience in a corporate retail or luxury brand setting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Adobe Target, or similar digital analytics and experimentation platforms.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
