About the internship
This internship is suited to freshers and early-career candidates who want practical exposure to business development. You’ll work on live assignments, interact with clients, and contribute to real sales activities while being guided by experienced team members.
What you’ll do
- Identify possible business opportunities for HR consulting and staffing offerings.
- Support lead generation efforts through phone outreach, email communication, and online research.
- Keep client and lead records updated, including follow-up information.
- Help prepare simple proposals, presentations, and sales performance reports.
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to keep coordination smooth.
- Research markets, industries, potential clients, and competitors to support sales planning.
- Build an understanding of client requirements and how to map them to suitable solutions.

Requirements

- Preferred familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Professional attitude and a positive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai suburbs.
- Experience level expected: 0 to 1 year.
- Qualification required: any graduate.
