About the role

Greenstar is hiring a Route Completion Administrator to support the day-to-day completion of route activity at Millennium Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. This position reports to the Route Completion Team Leader and focuses on keeping operational records accurate, spotting issues quickly, and making sure completed work is checked and documented properly.

Working pattern

The standard schedule runs from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. After training, there is a Saturday shift once every five weeks; this training can be finished remotely. Saturday working is offered in one of two time slots: 9:30am to 2:00pm or 10:00am to 2:30pm. The role includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break plus two paid 15-minute breaks each day. Annual leave is 20 days.

You will help the Route Completion Team Leader monitor route activity, review data, and confirm that all scheduled work has been completed correctly. The role involves working with drivers, depot teams, and other internal departments to ensure paperless rounds are completed, route information is correct, and any irregularities are followed up.

  • Support drivers at the end of the day so all paperless rounds are closed out.
