The role focuses on developing and sustaining strong working relationships with school partners, franchise owners, parents, and other important stakeholders while ensuring alignment with Zee Learn’s standards and educational approach.Key responsibilitiesThe Relationship Manager will support partner onboarding, provide ongoing assistance to franchise and school associates, and carry out regular visits and review discussions. The position includes advising partners on academic, operational, and marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams for curriculum support, training, and events, and monitoring center performance to help improve admissions and service outcomes. The role also requires timely handling of questions and concerns, preparing reports and dashboards, and representing the organization professionally in meetings, workshops, and local outreach efforts.Qualifications and skillsApplicants should bring strong relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and customer service ability to guide franchisees, school partners, and parents effectively. Clear communication, confident presentation, and negotiation skills are important, along with the ability to explain academic, operational, and commercial topics in a persuasive manner. Prior exposure to business development, client retention, or sales-oriented work in education, franchising, or a similar service environment is valuable.
