Role Overview

This opportunity is for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of customer experience, compliance, inspection, and field operations initiatives. The role involves guiding projects from planning through execution, tracking, reporting, and final delivery. It calls for strong cross-functional coordination, excellent stakeholder handling, and experience leading large operational assignments in government, consulting, or service-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle projects from start to finish so that they are delivered on schedule, within the approved scope, and inside budget.
• Create detailed plans covering timelines, resource use, and governance structure.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to keep goals and outputs aligned.
• Track progress and performance and share regular reports and updates.
• Spot risks early, build practical mitigation plans, and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
• Guide project teams and maintain clear communication, teamwork, and accountability.
• Manage field activities, inspections, assessments, or customer experience programs when needed.
• Make sure all work follows the agreed methodology, quality expectations, and contract obligations.
• Prepare project reports, executive summaries, and dashboard-style performance updates for senior leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting better ways to run and execute projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated background in government, consulting, inspection, compliance, customer experience, or field operations projects.
• Strong capability in planning, governance, reporting, client coordination, risk control, and team leadership.
• Experience with customer experience measurement, mystery beneficiary, or mystery shopping programs is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Comfort working on several projects and competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of project management software and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, auditing, or quality assurance projects is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar are considered beneficial.
• Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English is preferred.
