Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside consulting teams, leadership, and other internal or regional groups to keep delivery moving smoothly.
- Keep the overall program on track while ensuring individual projects stay aligned to schedule and budget.
- Build strong working relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.

- Set a high standard for the team and promote quality and excellence in delivery.
- Share weekly status updates and burn reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the broader environment that may influence client solution opportunities.
Experience and Background
The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public-sector, or other highly regulated clients, and should be comfortable working from the client site with frequent executive interaction. Prior exposure to business owners and senior decision-makers is important, along with experience in IT, SaaS, social, or software project environments.
Experience working with distributed, multicultural, and multi-geo delivery teams is important. Prior delivery experience in Qatar or the wider GCC region is considered a strong advantage. The role also calls for someone who has led large, multi-organization initiatives and can create accountability across teams to achieve business goals.
Additional expectations include the ability to identify and resolve problems, manage risks, create detailed work plans and specifications, allocate resources, and run team meetings. The position also requires leadership in handling project, departmental, and enterprise risks linked to projects, systems, and business analysis.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills are needed, along with the ability to motivate people without direct reporting lines. Mentoring ability, team-building strengths, and sound judgment in solving problems are also important. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, web technologies, and web development processes is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. English fluency is mandatory, while Arabic is highly desirable for effective engagement with local stakeholders. Experience with Agile project management is a plus, and professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum are welcome.
