About the Team

Join a high-priority Financial Services initiative aimed at tackling major challenges in bringing financial access to Bharat. The team is working on one of the company’s biggest growth bets and is focused on building financial services that can become a major driver of revenue and expansion. In this role, you will be central to scaling the lending business for Meesho users and reaching millions of people.

About the Role

This position is focused on expanding existing credit offerings and helping launch new ones for Meesho users. The work spans strategy, growth, execution, and problem-solving, and involves close collaboration with teams across Credit Risk, Product, Technology, User Growth, and lending partners. The team is fast-moving and outcome-oriented, with a strong focus on business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive uptake of credit products among Meesho users by partnering with app and growth teams, identifying placements inside the app, planning campaigns, and sending targeted communications to bring in traffic and adoption.
  • Track and improve the conversion funnel by monitoring CTAs and conversion metrics, finding product and operational improvements, and working with partners and product teams to implement changes. Also benchmark user journeys against other fintech companies.
  • Increase usage among existing customers by encouraging them to spend through credit products for everyday purchases and improving overall utilization.
  • Plan and run adoption and utilization campaigns, including preparing the budget needed for each initiative.
  • Partner with business analysts to build dashboards for adoption and utilization tracking, and create customer cohorts to support segment-based strategy.
  • Manage coordination with external agencies and lending partners, as well as internal teams such as business, product, risk, and technology.
  • Prepare executive-level documents and present findings, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in user growth, preferably with exposure to financial products such as user loans.
  • Proven ability to execute high-impact projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • A strong growth-oriented mindset with curiosity and a continuous focus on solving problems that improve business performance.
  • Good command of MS Excel, including the ability to build dashboards and reports, along with an appreciation for analytics-led product development and automation of loan journeys.
  • Ability to work independently on problem statements, understand customer needs, and shape effective messaging and pitch strategies.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and a data-driven approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.
