Position summary
This position is responsible for helping keep the facility in clean, sanitary, and presentable condition in line with company standards. The goal is to create a welcoming environment for guests and support a positive experience for everyone passing through the travel center.
Key duties
- Maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude in a team setting.
- Clean assigned areas throughout the facility and help ensure a hygienic environment for guests.
- Follow all safety and security rules, identify unsafe situations involving coworkers or customers, report them, and take appropriate corrective steps when needed.
- Use protective gear correctly and safely at all times.
- Understand the right quantities and types of cleaning products needed for each task.
- Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is reliable, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a customer-focused team. Good communication and guest-service abilities are important, along with familiarity with cleaning tools and supplies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, nights, and some holidays is also expected.
Compensation and benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is $13.00 to $14.00, depending on the responsibilities of the position, the required skills and experience, and other relevant factors.
