Line Operator

Role Overview

Valence Surface Technologies is hiring a Line Operator in Eastman, Georgia. In this role, you will handle parts through treatment tanks and support the production line so work moves efficiently, safely, and in line with specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks based on the job order, technical specifications, and any related production requirements.
• Work out the correct processing time for each batch of parts.
• Remove parts from the tank after the required time, rinse them, and place them into the next bath before the finishing step.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation required by company procedures and processing standards.
• Guide and support line assistants to help improve overall output and flow.
• Track and record all preventive maintenance activities performed on the processing line.
• Make sure hazardous waste is handled and disposed of in accordance with proper procedures.
• Take on any additional duties assigned by the employer.

Experience Requirement

The position requires experience racking parts on Line A or Line D.
