Laundry Supervisor

Role Overview

Rotana Hotels is seeking an energetic and self-driven Laundry Supervisor in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on making sure guest laundry services are delivered promptly and to the highest hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Laundry Manager in applying hotel policies, procedures, rules, and standards consistently.
• Oversee laundry staff performance to ensure smooth operations, quality output, and timely guest service.
• Manage guest and hotel linen carefully, while maintaining clear standards and procedures for quality control.
• Coordinate with the linen room so clean linens and uniforms are always available, and keep the work area organized and tidy.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair requests with the engineering team.
• Review daily production levels based on priority and assist with machine-related activities as needed.
• Inspect processed items to confirm they are thoroughly clean and aligned with hotel quality expectations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure laundry team members understand the hotel’s services and facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have either a degree or vocational training in laundry operations, along with prior experience in a similar position. Strong written and spoken English is required, and computer literacy will be considered an advantage.
