Role overview

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity to support a team building digital solutions for continuing medical education. The work focuses on creating clear, engaging user interfaces and smooth experiences for web-based products used by healthcare professionals. You will help improve the usability and visual quality of tools that support learning and day-to-day practice in the medical field.

What you will do

Design user interfaces and end-to-end experiences for web-based products aimed at healthcare professionals.
Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups in Figma.
Work closely with product managers and developers to make sure the designs are practical and aligned with project objectives.
Carry out user research and usability testing to guide design choices.
Refine designs using feedback and usage data to improve engagement and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

Hands-on background in UI/UX design, ideally for web applications.
Strong working knowledge of Figma and other design tools used in the process.
A portfolio that clearly shows UI and UX design capability.
Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setup.
Good communication skills and a careful eye for detail.
Experience with healthcare or learning-focused products will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of user research and usability testing approaches.
