Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic advice and support to leadership teams regarding people management within a specific business unit. This role requires a blend of coaching, organizational design expertise, and practical decision-making skills that influence team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan organizational structure, workforce headcount, and promote healthy team environments
• Coach managers on employee performance, career development, and handling challenging conversations
• Lead employee relations matters with a balance of empathy and thoroughness
• Manage talent evaluation processes, succession planning, and oversee compensation cycles
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as positive internal culture initiatives within the area of responsibility
• Utilize people analytics to guide decisions and identify employment trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR business partnering, preferably within technology or rapidly growing companies
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and effective people management practices
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and support organizational transformation
• Proficiency with HR data analysis and deriving talent insights
• Exemplary judgment, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationship skills
• Proactive mindset with a structured approach to coaching and problem-solving
