Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Delivery Driver position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely while collecting, transporting, and delivering packages to customers within required timelines.

Key Duties

• Drive company vehicles responsibly to complete pickup and delivery assignments.
• Organize delivery routes in advance to support timely and efficient service.
• Load and unload parcels, checking that items are handled properly.
• Confirm delivery details, collect signatures, and record proof of delivery where needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and carry out basic safety inspections before and during use.
• Report delays, incidents, breakdowns, or other vehicle-related concerns without delay.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service at every stop.
• Follow all road safety rules and local traffic regulations at all times.
• Work with dispatch and operations teams to manage last-minute changes, urgent requests, and schedule adjustments.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving licence for the relevant vehicle category, together with a clean driving history and solid knowledge of local roads and traffic rules.
• Demonstrated ability to follow delivery instructions, routes, and time schedules accurately.
• Good planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, walk, and securely handle packages as part of the role.
• Strong verbal communication and a calm, respectful approach when dealing with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers.
• Attention to safety, reliability, and detail, including routine checks and accurate delivery records.
• Comfort using GPS, smartphones, or handheld devices for navigation and digital tracking.
• Prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics work is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Emirate and nearby areas is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays when operationally required.
