Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role overview

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into practical insights that can guide business decisions. This position is suited to someone beginning their analytics career or looking to build further experience in business intelligence.

What you will do

• Gather information from multiple business systems, clean it, and arrange it into usable formats.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and meaningful observations.
• Develop and update reports, dashboards, and visual representations of data.
• Track important KPIs and other business measures on an ongoing basis.
• Help verify data, perform quality checks, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand what information they need.
• Share findings and recommendations in a clear, practical manner.
• Contribute to data-focused initiatives and help improve processes where possible.

What we are looking for

• Foundational understanding of data analysis, reporting, and statistics.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and work accurately with large datasets.
• A degree, diploma, or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related area is preferred.
