Role Overview
GymBeam is hiring a Customer Care Agent to support customers in Italy from a remote setup. The position is a full-time role with a regular employment contract, and the expected monthly pay range is €1,300 to €1,800.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer questions by email and phone in a prompt, professional way.
- Support shoppers with placing orders, as well as refunds and exchanges.
- Look into customer problems and complaints and work toward effective resolutions.
- Share product details and provide ongoing customer support.
- Reach out to customers proactively to make sure they are satisfied.
- Coordinate with other teams to help solve customer-related issues.
- Record customer conversations and feedback to spot opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a solid command of the local language.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- A customer-first mindset and the flexibility to deal with different customer personalities.
- Italian at C1 level and English at B2 level.
