This is a project-based AI training role with a specialist staffing platform that matches experts to short-term work for major technology companies. The work focuses on evaluating and improving AI systems rather than permanent employment. Candidates should submit their CV in English and clearly state their English proficiency level.

Project Scope

Although the exact assignment can vary from project to project, contributors may be asked to review AI outputs for auto insurance claim decisions, including accuracy, correct coverage handling, and compliance with relevant regulations. Tasks may also include building FNOL scenarios with intentional contradictions, decoy documents, and outdated files to test model resilience.

Additional work can involve drafting and scoring fraud-detection scenarios using structured reason codes such as late reporting, a recently purchased policy, or inconsistent damage for SIU referral. Contributors may also create subrogation test cases that apply state-level negligence standards, such as comparative or contributory negligence, and estimate recovery potential. All test cases must be documented clearly with the correct answer, policy references, and payout calculations.

Candidate Profile

This opportunity suits professionals with experience in insurance claims, legal services, or broader financial services who are open to part-time project work rather than a permanent role. A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a closely related subject is preferred. Relevant hands-on exposure in claims, adjusting, or similar functions is important.

Applicants should ideally have at least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services. Familiarity with auto insurance coverage decisions, state negligence rules, and adjuster authority-limit practices is helpful. Certifications such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are a plus, but they are not mandatory when practical experience is strong. Strong written English at C1 level or above is expected.

How the Process Works

The workflow typically follows this sequence: apply, complete qualification steps, join a project, finish assigned tasks, and then receive payment.

Time Commitment

During active project phases, the expected workload is around 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate based on project needs and is not a guaranteed amount of work. The hours apply only while the project is active.

Compensation

Compensation can reach the equivalent of $60 per hour for this project, depending on the contributor’s level and speed of work. Pay varies by project based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.
