Role overview
DAMAC Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager Training to strengthen the performance, quality, and client-handling capability of the PV team across UAE and international stands. The role focuses on improving tours and sales outcomes by delivering industry-level training, coaching, and support. A background in real estate is essential.
Key objectives
- Improve the team’s overall quality of work, performance, client approach, and selling ability through structured coaching and development.
- Support employee growth so that work quality, productivity, and retention continue to improve.
Primary responsibilities
- Plan and roll out training schedules for the full PV team across DAMAC locations in the UAE and overseas.
- Deliver induction and orientation programs for PV staff working across UAE and international stands.
- Adapt training to address specific challenges and skill needs as they arise.
- Stay updated on current learning trends, industry developments, and effective training practices.
- Create or supervise the development of handouts, learning aids, manuals, and classroom materials.
- Coach, guide, and encourage the PV team to help them meet 100% of tour and sales targets.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify learning gaps and convert them into timely training solutions.
Training focus areas
- Induction training for new Brand Ambassadors, outsourced staff, DAMAC PV employees, and Stand Managers.
- Coaching sessions built from feedback gathered during coaching visits and from Stand Managers’ recommendations.
- Soft-skill development covering approach techniques, qualification, rapport building, and closing methods for tours and meetings.
- Customized learning sessions based on Stand Managers’ input.
- Training on approach skills, meetings/tours, and closing techniques.
- Channel-specific training support when needed.
- Refresher sessions to reinforce knowledge and performance.
- Product knowledge training and updates for new launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Training and Development.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions.
- Effective team player with experience collaborating across distributed teams.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and develop training content.
- Must be available for a full-time retail work schedule with 2 days off per week.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally.
