Role responsibilities

• Carry out assembly work for dry type and cast resin transformers.
• Use hand tools accurately to complete fitting and installation tasks.
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings during assembly.
• Apply bolting and fastening methods to secure parts correctly.
• Support welding-related tasks when required by the production process.
• Maintain precision, speed, and quality while working on mechanical assemblies.
• Work closely with the team to meet production and project targets.

Candidate profile

• Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or ITI qualification is required.
• Must be comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical assembly processes.
• Need strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Should understand fastening techniques and basic welding work.
• Basic math, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and communication skills are expected.
