Application Specialist, Application Support

Role overview

The Application Specialist for Application Support will assist customers in Vijayawada and the surrounding region by delivering product installation help, user training, maintenance guidance, and timely resolution of service questions. This position also involves supporting service contract administration and working with internal and external teams to strengthen customer success and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist local customers with product installation, user training, maintenance support, complaint handling, query resolution, and service contract administration tasks.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and hands-on training to current and prospective Sysmex product users as well as distributor partners in the region.
• Collaborate with the local team, corporate stakeholders, and distributor representatives to help grow business opportunities.
• Work to achieve the assigned service contract revenue target.
• Track, resolve, and close customer issues while keeping the related database updated in a timely manner.
• Keep customer service reports current and accurate.
• Take on additional related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite role based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Any extra duties related to the position may be assigned as business needs change.
