This two-month telecalling internship with Reducate.ai is a remote, part-time opportunity for candidates who want to contribute to sales and outreach in an education-focused technology environment. You will communicate with potential customers by phone, respond to their questions, and share information about the company’s offerings. The role supports the organization’s broader goal of improving education through technology and helping more students and educators access its products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Log customer conversations and transaction details accurately in MS-Excel.
• Handle customer questions and concerns clearly in both English and Hindi.
• Share product information and pricing with interested prospects.
• Work with the sales team to support target achievement and team objectives.
• Help coordinate meetings and schedule appointments as needed.
• Keep learning about the company’s products and services so you can assist customers better.

Stipend

The internship offers a stipend of INR 2,000 per month.
